Couldn’t chech in because my reservation wasn’t on your system, I had a reservation confirmed for my stay at Spark on Friday the 31 of July and check out on the 1st of August I I . I had a print on for my stay which had the confirmation number .. the hotel staff said they didn’t have my information for my stay.. I had used my Discover card for the reservation, and I waited a hour ,, before I could socheck in ,, I had to use another credit card in order to get checked in…l just drove over 600 miles to this Hilton resort called SPARK ..very , very upset especially why you think everything is in order. Especially when you have children
