PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and unforgettable sunsets from the Sapphire Two-bedroom condo, perfectly situated just steps from Aruba's world-famous Eagle Beach. Step out from the living area onto the balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ gril, perfect for casual meals, enjoying your morning coffee, or simply relaxing while soaking in the scenery.

This tastefully decorated condo features a combined living and dining area with a sofa, armchair, large TV, and a round dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in closets, a TV, and a private balcony with serene views of the resort pool and ocean. The primary bathroom with a shower, is located just outside in the hallway. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a single-size bed, built-in closets, and a TV, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, this condo offers ample room to relax and enjoy a true ialsn vacation. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, a code-lock safe, free parking, central air conditioning, and three cable TVs (one in each bedroom and the living room). Great location! Best beach on the island that was not crowded right across from the Oceania.

We enjoyed the quiet condo complex. The problem we had was the AC that was not working properly. Prestige Realty was very responsive and sent someone out and it seemed ok and then by the evening, the master bedroom was hot again. They came back at least 3 times that week and it was a temporary fix every time. The last day they came and finally it worked. The 4 beach chairs were not the best. One was broken and one looked like it was about to give away so we were only using 2. These are the only reasons we are giving it a 4 star rating. Our unit had everything as stated. The VIEW was marvelous. The sunsets were amazing from our balcony and on the beach. The conceriage service, Prestige Realty was great with a big shout out to Sharon for making reservations and suggestions about the island which were all fantastic. We found the northern part of the island was the best for snorkeling. Ask Sharon how to get there. We tried many spots including Baby Beach but this one place was GREAT on the north side. We ended up going there 3 times. The grocery store was nearby so we bought our breakfast and lunch supplies. We packed lunches for the beach or adventure of the day. The liquor was sold there too. Eagle Beach is the the one right at the condo which was the best beach and wonderful sand. The pools were never crowded and the grounds were well groomed. Visible security which was nice too. You would need a car if staying here. There are local buses and taxi's if you decide not to rent one. We would come back to the Oceania.

Perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation

We visited Aruba from November 5th to the 13th, and stayed at this property. The condo was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The owner was also very responsive to our questions before arrival, and even had someone pick us up at the airport for less than a cab ride. We used the driver (Manuel) during the week to visit Catalina Cove for snorkeling, to get groceries at the Super Food, and to take us back to the airport. He is great, and I would recommend using him to anyone else staying here if you are not renting a car. There are bus stops nearby as well for quick rides to the High rise hotels or downtown Oranjestad. Ample restaurants are also within walking distance. We really enjoyed Mangos and Chalet Suisse. The condo itself was perfect for us. A nice sized living/dining area; well appointed kitchen; and stunning views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. Everything worked great in the bathrooms, and we took full advantage of the washer and dryer provided. It was also nice and quiet at night which is what we were looking for. The Oceania complex is quite nice with several pools, secured entry and exit, a sauna, a gym, racquetball, and tennis. Basically, everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Overall, the place was great.
