The living room is provided with access to the balcony, a large 65" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, a sofa-bed (with a memory foam mattress by Rowe) plus two swivel chairs by Sam Moore, Hunter ceiling fan (with wall-control dimmable light/fan speed). Furthermore, there is a 6-seat dining table by John Thomas, (dimmable) hanging light and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 3-barstools with all new LG appliances. There is also a laundry closet with an LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. washer and LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. dryer, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your comfort in the hallway.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed (Tempur Pedic Luxe Breeze mattress), access to the balcony, a walk-in closet, and en-suite primary bathroom with a shower. The primary bedroom has been updated with a brand new bed, dresser, nightstands & mirror (all by Stanley), a 55" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and Hunter ceiling fan (with wall-control dimmable light/ fan speed). The second bedroom with a king-size bed (Beautyrest Legend Luxury mattress), 55" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, Hunter ceiling fan (with wall-control dimmable light/ fan speed), brand new bed, dresser, nightstands (w/2 USB ports) & mirror (all by Bassett), and a built-in closet. The second bathroom is provided with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,600 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and three large 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs (in the living room and both bedrooms). This condo is located in the Arashi building on the third floor.

This unit is conveniently located on the same floor as the Amazing View Two-bedroom condo (A342) and the Supreme View Two-bedroom condo (A344). This setup is ideal for larger groups or families seeking nearby accommodations while enjoying their private condo. Together, these three units provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests.
