The property was not bad, but it was under renovation due to a fire. There was a lot of workers, and dust around. I would have given them more stars if they had kept the place cleaner and less disruptive. The hotel needs to do better with their food selection for individuals with dietary needs, including individuals who are vegan, or vegetarian. We made the best out of the situation, but we should not have had to struggle for the amount of money we paid. The beach was lovely and well kept. The entertainment was really nice. It was a very diverse environment which made it great. Family, couples, and single mingled making it a fun experience. Also, be mindful if you leave anything behind, their lost and found is non-existent and they don't reply to emails.

Had an issue at check-in booked trip in February for July for two queen beds, but got there and got one king bed for myself and my daughter. I was told it was because I booked through a third-party Expedia and Expedia did not communicate with the hotel. Since this was a father daughter trip, my daughter did not want to sleep in the same bed obviously so we took turns sleeping on a small chair that turned into a bed. They said there was nothing they can do and they did not budge. And would not offer anything anything in additional. Bother being the most that nobody even said anything we got to the room and noticed a king bed instead of 2 Queens. Overall the property was very nice. The beach was perfect with plenty of huts. Overall, the service was very good. Most employees at the front desk and bars and restaurants were very nice and pleasant and helpful. Some of the staff in the main buffet could’ve been a whole lot nicer. Some of them just gave a blank stare like they didn’t want to be there. It was kind of rude and awkward. the main buffet was pretty much the same every day except for some new additions, but the food overall was pretty decent. There is nothing to prevent people from nearby hotels or the street to gain access to the hotel through the beach. It happened to my 17 year old my daughter she was approached by a male with no wrist band. the bartender went to get security they never came. This was our 1st time at an all inclusive and for our family it was perfect! While reservations were a little on the difficult side, the variety at the buffet was excellent as well as the food so the 2-3 nights we didn't have a reservation, the dinner and food was great! While the beaches were fantastic, i would recommend getting out relatively early to secure a spot and a pair of water shoes for 1st couple of steps in the water with shells :)

My family of four loved our first stay at the Divi. The resort was clean, the staff was excellent and there were plenty of dining options. We couldn’t have had a better time. We hope to be back soon!

I don’t know whether to be upset with Expedia or Divi Resort. I have a handicap wheelchair bound husband which Expedia knew about and they sent a Greyhound Type bus to transport us to the Resort which he fell off and hurt himself trying to get on. Our room wasn’t handicap accessible so the beachfront room we payed for was moved to a room near the parking lot which we were not reimbursed the difference He couldn’t get his wheelchair in the small doorway to the bathroom on the new room so he fell twice trying to take a shower. The route to our room included a hump and a would strip which he tried to get over with his wheelchair and his chair flipped backwards and he hit his head on the ground. Thank God for Security Officer Stephen’s who was out there to help me get him up and back to the room. We were promised a handicap accessible sunset cruise which was a lie because they had no way to get my husband and his wheelchair on the boat or even across the sand. We have been to at least 20 different islands in our 31 year marriage and although he wasn’t handicap for most of them this was the worst vacation we have ever had. I don’t know if the Travel Agency (Expedia) dropped the ball or Divi but we’re not going there again l. Aside from all that there were still some special people I’ll never forget especially Zadie at the front dead who was so compassionate to us. She was a doll

Divi Tam and Divi all-inclusive are very comfortable and family friendly (more family’s at Tam). Beach at Divi AI is much better, Tam has large boulders at the edge but once you get by them it’s nice. Food is good at the buffet, specially restaurants are better. Our 4th here and will be back 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at the Divi for 5 days last week. I was very excited to go since it was my first time. In Aruba, the hotel is still under construction, and a lot of the rooms are outdated. Although I was put in a building that was considered their last built building, it was over 12 years old and it showed. The beds are horrible, and I requested a new mattress my first night because the current one was ready to hit the floor. When I spoke to the manager, I was told there was no other rooms available in the hotel. She did, however, have a new mattress sent over the next morning. It was slightly better, however, things like dirty chairs on the balcony chipped glass on the mirrors in the bathroom, having to request towels daily was annoying. However, Jenn in housekeeping was GREAT. She was basically in my room every night to change stained linen that had been put on the bed or to bring towels. The food was pretty basic and repetitive. I did feel safe, however, throughout my stay there and the beach was nice. The drinks are weak and not top shelf alcohol. We enjoyed the restaurants at the dister property and the atmosphere. I wouldn't consider these 4 star hotels.

Property was clean and beautiful. Food was beyond expectations and the drink were amazing. We did the e-bike tour and it was so fun. Calvin, Donny and Nicki was our tour guide they were amazing and made the experience so much better. Thank you for the fun tours Also, Patricia the sales associate in the jewelry shop in the Tamarin side was extremely nice and professional. She helped me pick out some beautiful pieces and her energy was so positive. Thank you Patricia! Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. 2 thumbs up!

I paid $500 more for an upgraded room and it was extremely small and smelt like mold and mildew. My other family stayed in their basic garden room and it was huge, renovated and had partial ocean view. They apparently had a fire right before we got there and failed to inform the guests about it. There was zero entertainment at the resort during the day. No music playing, water aerobics or fun activities the entire time we were there. There wasn't a swim up bar at the pool, which was misleading. It was across the street at the golf resort, where guests could not use their all inclusive pass. Staff at the bars were not friendly at all! I would not stay at this resort again.

Beautiful oceanfront property! Wonderful staff at dining and front desk. Dinner buffet and pool lunch place were not that great . Restaurants were excellent. AC wasn’t working and we had to ask 4 times for it to be serviced until it finally was fixed. Overall, minor issues ; definitely worth it with beach and pools so close and convenient.
