The room was very clean, it had a musty smell when you first walked in but we was only in the room to sleep. The staff was awesome, Erwin was the best, he always went out of his way to get us what we needed or wanted. The outdoor pools were amazing, especially not having to get out of the pool to get a refill! We will be back!!

Definitely not an all inclusive resort comparable to any other. The buffet was horrible very limited options unfortunately, the service was horrible. The staff was rude and when you ask for something, it was an obvious inconvenience. We had to remind them to clean our room. Food options are extremely limited with the all-inclusive quality of the food was not that great. Absolutely zero poolside service if you want anything you need to go get it yourself. The waitress and waiter staff only looking for one thing to hand you a bill so that you could sign and leave a tip. If you need anything, you need to ask no one will come to you and say do you need anything? No one said good morning how are you? Are you enjoying your stay or anything like it? The only good thing about the resort is the shuttle service

I arrived a little after check out and the process was smooth. The room was ready and clean. They have little carts that take you around the property, if you need one a hotel staff member would request it for you and makes it easier to get around. There are 3 pools, one of which is pretty big and has a swim up bar. The pool draws the attention of some iguanas, which they have a sign up telling you not to feed them but other people do anyways. The staff was friendly and quick with service. They do play some music, nothing consistent. I arrived on a Thursday and they did not have any entertainment happening until Monday when a DJ came in the morning for about 3 hours. The pictures shows an outdoor area with seating, that area was not there. There was no seating or entertainment it was bare. The package comes with Signature All Inclusive, which includes 6 restaurants on site. I recommend the Windows of Aruba for Italian night- best salmon I ever had. All food and desserts were amazing. Bar Tapas is very good as well. Mulligans is convenient, the food is alright and was my go-to for breakfast. The front desk gives you a list letting you know what restaurants have what type of food they have but the list was not accurate. The first night the light went out twice but came back very quick. The beach is across the street, clean and beautiful. Overall, great place to stay if you want to relax.

Im a little disappointed about the difference between signature all inclusive and mega all inclusive, never new the difference until we arrived to the hotel and they tell you what you can use and not .. was under the impression was only one type of package named all inclusive. They explained to us that change recently and my suggestion is make sure the customer know before booking ! Everything else was expectacular

Horrible!!! Rude staff. Pressure to tip with everything you do- buffet, grabbing a coffee, pool bars, etc. they hand you a check after every single thing. Does not feel all inclusive. Food is really bad, moldy room- they wouldn’t do anything to accommodate. Only room service once a week on Wednesdays. No water-you have to grab water from the restaurants and bring it back to your room. Very limited dining (all of it is really bad except for the restaurants that require a reservation) no lunch buffet despite being advertised as such. We had 1 day with the swim up pool bar and then the next day they started construction on it. So we couldn’t relax by the pool or on our balcony(our room was right in front of the pool) because all we heard all day is construction. Such a disappointment because the swim up pool bar was the reason we chose the divi golf. There are so many issues with this place and I wish I had the time to waste complaining about this place but all I will say is absolutely do not stay here. Please avoid this horrible resort
