PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled within the stunning LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, this ground-floor vacation rental is only a few steps from the world-renowned Eagle Beach. The veranda, accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, invites you to relax in the Caribbean breeze while enjoying direct access to the resort pool and BBQ area.

The open-plan living area features a large TV, a 3-seat sofa bed with a double-size mattress, a 2-seat sofa, an extra armchair, a 6-seat glass dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. A half bathroom is accessible from the entrance hallway, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your comfort.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, built-in closets, a chair, and direct access to the veranda, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

With 1,300 square feet of living space, this unit includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and three cable TVs (living room and each bedroom). Located on the ground floor, it accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 beds and a double-size sofa bed, ideal for families or those seeking extra accessibility.

This unit is adjacent to the Tropical Garden Two-bedroom condo (LV105). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it would sleep up to 12.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
