The breakfast food was cold. No cleaning everyday, expect 4 star to have cleaning without having to ask every day. Have to get towels from front desk yourself. No cotton swabs or slippers or robes provided. Asked front desk for a pen, since none provided in room, they said they didn’t have one to give and ask bar for one.

Room was clean. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I wish we knew about sooner was the complimentary shuttle to downtown and Eagle Beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Jennifer made our stay wonderful! She was the only one that was truly attentive and genuinely friendly. I would say that the menu at the restaurant could be expanded. If you do not eat meat, the there is very little for you to order. The only other food complaint I have is that during breakfast one day, there was mild in a slice of cheese I had in my plate. I let someone know and they were very apologetic and took the plate away… The rooms are lovely and quite comfortable.
