New property

O condo 28 Great room!! 0328 checkmark room CONS: -Had earlier checkin 10 am However housekeeping was in the room and had to wait another 35 minutes -once in the room: No TV was plugged in nor set up No tv the entire stay! -hot water goes cold before we finish our shower ( together!) ⁃ looks like a 25 gallon water heater not enough for a 2 br condo or 3-4 people ⁃ Bathroom trash can opening is smaller than my wife’s hand not usable ⁃ Lamp by kitchen table has burnt marks on lightbulb didn’t use afraid of electrical fire ⁃ No privacy we came back to our room to be intimate but found a person in spare room working on smoke alarm using blanket as his work area no notice anyone was going to be in our room as we had valuables laying around! ⁃ Clock and oven not set up ⁃ No sleep as the bedding was a 3” foam pad over a mattress !! ⁃ Not intimate ⁃ No in suite dryer most other units had washer AND dryer as with 70-80% humidity nothing air drys! ⁃ Lights burnt out in kitchen ceiling ⁃ The workers at the facility always on their cell phones staring at my wife on balcony sun bathing ⁃ Not secure! ⁃ Huge electric gate out front but obviously broken anyone can go to 0 floor parking lot and jump on elevator and roam any floor as no security cameras! ⁃ Felt hangers are absolutely worthless can’t hang anything on them as everything sticks to the felt!!! ⁃ Pool is in the shade until afternoon ⁃ Park across the street has loud parties wee hours of the morning ⁃ Hammering on above floors during the day as all units not completed annoying ⁃ Pool was getting cleaned in the middle of the day vs early morning like most places as not to disrupt guests ⁃ Blue paint still every where on trim PROS: ⁃ Bocabay was very responsive and very nice I’m not sure how much input they have with way unit was ⁃ Charlie Daniele & James were great hosts ! ⁃ Recommend their company ⁃ Did get new bedding on Wednesday and got some sleep ⁃ Bocabay had oven clock fixed! ⁃ Brought nice bottle of wine for inconveniences ⁃ Great partial ocean view! ⁃ Great facility but needs finished before having paying guests
