First, don't believe the Expedia page. When you read it it looks like you are getting a room with a kitchen, TV, etc in your room. In other words, a studio apartment - self contained. When you arrive, if you can find someone to get you into your room (I had to knock on every door before I found the cleaning person). you will find that you are in a hostel. There is nothing good about this property. It's dirty, the AC only worked intermittantly, there is NO hot water - only cold. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking - no pots or pans. The common room is extremely hot. And it's very loud - especially at night. When I talked to the manager/owner??? on the cleanig persons phone he promised to come the next morning and get everything straigntened out and I would be in the apartment I paid for by 11 am. He never arrived. Just totally blew me off. I talked to a Swedish guy that had been staying there for 2 weeks and he said everyone that stayed at ths place had the same problems, the same promises by the manager/owner??? and everyone got blown off.
