We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again.

The gate access was easy and parking no problem. But, there was no hot water the entire time. I mean zero. Amenities are few. No coffee, cooking supplies, shampoo, etc. plan on going out to eat. Location is in a warehouse/ industrial zone but not far to drive to beach or stores. Amir was responsive to bring a blanket for the sofa bed.
