The 58 m² apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette (2 burners, fridge, electric oven, and sink), a large air-conditioned double bedroom, two bathrooms, and a private veranda directly accessible from the bedroom. It accommodates up to 3 guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or anyone seeking roomy and comfortable spaces.
Outside, relax on your private veranda or enjoy the shared garden and barbecue area, surrounded by the tranquility of the Maremma countryside. Sandy beaches and rocky coves are about 6 km away, while supermarkets and bike rentals can be found 5.5 km away in Talamone and Alberese.
For a truly relaxing stay, there is no TV in the apartment—an invitation to rediscover the pleasure of silence, nature, and quality time together. The organic farm produces extra virgin olive oil and honey. Pets are welcome (one per apartment, with prior notice of size and type). Please do not leave dogs alone in the apartment, for their well-being and out of respect for other guests.
