The complex offers 36 apartments and 18 studios, tastefully furnished and fully equipped, including outdoor spaces or large terraces, all with air conditioning.
Guests can enjoy a bar, bicycles on request, free parking (no security service), a children's playground, and free Wi-Fi throughout. A communal coin-operated washing machine is also available. Free lighted tennis court.
Within the complex is the renowned restaurant "Al Pesce Povero," which serves dishes cooked from the local catch.
