Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark. It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us. It came with all you would need for a week's skiing. It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children. On the way you pass the ski school, ski hire and the ski pass pick up points. Overall a fantastic stay. I will be looking to stay there again.

La rĂ©sidence est bien placĂ©e aux pieds des escalators qui mĂšnent aux pistes. L'Ă©quipe de l'accueil est top et professionnelle Deux bĂ©mols tout de mĂȘme : l'attente de l'ascenseur et les Ă©quipements un peu vieillots de l'appartement. Nous retournerons dans cette rĂ©sidence sans problĂšme.

Je suis trĂšs mĂ©content, nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants et il n’y avait pas de draps et de housses pour tout le monde. De plus l’appartement Ă©tait sale et 2 des lits superposĂ©s Ă©taient tellement sales que nous n’avons pas pu y faire dormir nos enfants, d’autant plus qu’il manquait des draps et housses de couettes. La vaisselle Ă©tait sale Ă©galement nous avons du la laver avant de l’utiliser.

Tres bon etablissement

Nous Ă©tions dans un jolie petit appartement et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’établissement est en contre bas du cƓur de la station, mais ce n'est pas gĂȘnant car il y a juste a cotĂ© un grand escalator qui vous dĂ©pose a la station, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Nous étions 2 familles et les 2 sdb étaient bien venues. La literie est confortable et les couvertures ressentes. Court sĂ©jour entre amis. RĂ©sidence bien entretenue mais avec des parties communes (couloirs, escaliers) peu chaleureuses. Situation correcte mais local Ă  skis pas pratique, sans accĂšs direct Ă  l’extĂ©rieur obligeant Ă  se dĂ©placer en chaussettes jusqu’à l’étage supĂ©rieur pour chausser les chaussures de skis sur un palier de porte
 Organisation peu adaptĂ©e aux court sĂ©jours de week-end : Check out avec mĂ©nage Ă  10h00 le dimanche. Prix un peu excessif sur ce week end, mais probablement expliquĂ© par une rĂ©servation derniĂšre minute sur un week end de compĂ©tition dans la station.

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un appartement pour 10 personnes du 26 dĂ©cembre 2021 au 02 janvier 2022. A partir du jeudi soir 30 dĂ©cembre et jusqu'au 2 janvier, un groupe de jeunes ayant louĂ© un appartement, ont trouvĂ© amusant de mettre la musique Ă  fond sur le balcon, de crier et chanter Ă  tue-tĂȘte, jusque tard dans la nuit. Impossible de dormir, des gens criaient pour leur dire d'arrĂȘter, rien n'y faisait. Nous avons signalĂ© les faits Ă  l'accueil, mais pas de rĂ©action, le personnel paraissait blasĂ©. Nous trouvons cela trĂšs lĂ©ger, des rĂ©sidents ont Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s d'intervenir Ă  plusieurs reprises. Beaucoup de familles Ă©taient avec des enfants en bas Ăąge. Je ne peux recommander cet Ă©tablissement.

Bien situé en bas de station, équipe technique réactive pour changement douche cassée et prise electrique. Je ne recommande pas cet etablissement. la vaisselle est salle à l'arrivée (en raison du mauvais fonctionnement du lave vaisselle) et doit etre rendue propre au départ. le ménage d'arrivé est plus que moyen. Ménage de départ est aussi à votre charge ainsi que le ménage d'arrivé (frigo, baignoire ...) à noter que la caution à votre départ n'est pas rendue mais annulée 5 jours apres, sans controle de votre part meme lorsque l état des lieux est rendu et qu'il n y a rien à signaler. Pour ce principe assez étonnant, je note l'hotel 1/5
