The property was very nice and felt safe with a gas station just across the street and a restaurant. There were hikes nearby and easy drives to Zion park entrance and the city Kanab. It was much more peaceful than Springdale! I would definitely stay again!

Parking was super easy as there were plenty of spots for each room. The room was mostly clean, but the walls and baseboards were dirty. The furniture was updated and of good quality. The staff was very communicative throughout the whole process.
