Ocean Front Condo - 1 Bedroom/bath - Sleeps 4

Ocean front condo with unobstructed ocean views. Fully remodeled in 2017. The condo includes a full kichen, washer/dryer, living, dining, separate bedroom and a deck overlooking the ocean. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit for added privacy.

The bedroom has a king bed and in the living room there is a queen pull out bed. It is a very high end couch and the bed is extremely comfortable (not like a typical pull out bed).

One flight of staris is required to reach the condo. I am sorry but an elevator is not available.

Condo does not allow pets. Smoking is only permitted in designate areas. Must be 25 years or older.

There are two beach access points near the condo. One to the North and the other to the South. Both are approximately one block from the condo. The South access provides easier access to the beach (less stairs than the North access). It also has a ramp where you can drive your car onto the beach. This a great solution if you have a lot of supplies or prefer not to walk.
This condo's great location gets high marks from our customers. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Putt N Bat. You'll find features like laundry facilities. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

We felt like we hit the jackpot with this property! The unit was beautifully appointed, including a kitchen area that had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing, as well as the proximity to stairs going down to the beach. It was located in a quiet area, but also close to dining, grocery stores, and other shops. This is an absolutely amazing and beautiful condo to stay at. The view cannot be beat! It’s incredible! It is modern and upgraded nicely. It honestly felt like my own home and a place I’d live in if I moved to Lincoln City. It has very close and easy beach access within a few minutes walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. Kellie was great at communicating any questions or requests we had. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Relaxing, quiet with great view of ocean. Easy short walk to beach. Everything you need for a great stay. Check-in and out simple. Just couple things need attention. The screen door needs replaced. The entire bottom is rusted thru and does not slide. The screen has a large hole. The inside frame where sliding door slides into needs cleaning. The toilet seat slides sideways. Thanks so much

The condo was perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer! The accommodations were more than plentiful and the balcony view was incredible! The view of the beach and sunset was unobstructed due to clear glass fencing on balcony. Rooms were furnished very comfortably and the decor was lovely. Washer and dryer was a HUGE plus for me. All my communication with the host was excellent and she seemed like a great person. I highly recommended this property!

Spectacular stay on the OR coast

Lovely condo with excellent access to the beach and a fantastic veranda to sit and enjoy the view. Very comfortable amenities, most importantly the king size bed. Everything we needed for a four night stay. Great communication with host/owner.

Wonderful long weekend

Arrived late at night to find easy access to a clean and well stocked apt. No issues with entire experience from booking to locking up. Wife and I took advantage of the close and easy access to the beach for long strolls. Drove up and down Hwy101 sight seeing. Will book again when back to the coast. Thank you.
