Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for resting after a day of skiing or biking. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, raclette set, kettle, toaster… A Smart TV lets you relax, catch up on the news, or stream your favorite shows. You’ll also enjoy access to a small balcony.

Bedrooms:
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment offers one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a second room arranged as a sleeping area with four adult-sized bunk beds (French standard). The total capacity is 8 guests.

Bathrooms:
The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and separate toilets. Both are equipped with a hairdryer, and towels are provided.

Other Equipment:
- The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
- A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, making it easy for you to handle your laundry during your stay.
- On the ground floor, you’ll find everything you need to store your ski equipment.
- We also provide (on request) all the necessary equipment for young children, including a travel cot and a high chair, so that the whole family can feel comfortable.
- Board games are also available to liven up your evenings.

Winter Sports Access:
Located just 3 minutes by car from the Orelle gondola (with free parking), the apartment gives you direct access to the 3 Vallées – the largest ski domain in the world with 600 km of slopes and 200 lifts. Reach the summit of Val Thorens (3200 m) in under 20 minutes! The connection to Val Thorens is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.
You’re also close to other Maurienne resorts like Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and more.

Outdoor amenities for the summer:
Relax in our outdoor space during the summer, where a bright sunroom awaits you. Enjoy the large table to share meals with family or friends, and savor delicious grilled dishes thanks to the barbecue available for your use. Next to the accommodation, a traditional bread oven offers you a unique and friendly culinary experience. Everything is in place for warm and tasty moments in the open air!

Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking & Nature:
Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area, with 1600+ km of marked roads and legendary passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). A paradise for both road cyclists and mountain bikers.
For hikers, the Vanoise National Park is nearby, with marked trails, alpine lakes, and abundant wildlife. Families can enjoy via ferrata, lake swimming, adventure parks, festivals, and local markets.
In summer (July and August), the connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Outside the winter and summer seasons, the gondola remains closed.

Access:
Easier to reach than Tarentaise resorts during peak travel times, the apartment is located in the Maurienne Valley. Orelle is a small family-friendly resort with excellent snow clearing. Only 5 minutes from the motorway exit, and 1h45 from Lyon and Geneva’s TGV stations and airports. Free parking available.
