Here to ski at Sundance? Forget the hassle of driving Provo Canyon in the winter and finding parking at Sundance. We are a short walk from the bus stop that takes you directly to Sundance Mountain Resort and back.

This is a mother in law suite. There`s separate parking, private walkway and entrance, and every part of the space is private.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
The Sundance Mountain Retreat does not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Please no animals. There is a severe allergy.

No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.

This condo offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
