The house was clean and the host was responsive. Unlike many houses I've stayed in over the past, there was actually plenty of dishes as well as seating for a large group. We were able to fit our group comfortably. They provided space heaters for each of the basement rooms which was nice for the guests who run cold. One thing to note is that although the listing advertises it as a six bedroom house, it is really a five bedroom. Two of the rooms had the wall removed to turn it into one large room. The room has a king sized bed, a twin bed, and two bunk beds.

We really enjoyed this house for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for us (five adults, two teenagers, nine younger kids). Its location was convenient for us and we enjoyed on sitethe hot tub, the air hockey game, the foosball game, and the play kitchen tucked under the stairs.

The home was not as clean as I would have preferred. However, construction took place just three feet from the front door all day, making it difficult to maintain cleanliness. They asked us to remove our shoes, but doing so left our feet feeling dirty and disgusting. Furthermore, the construction was not mentioned in the listing, and on our first morning, we were abruptly awakened at 6:45 AM by loud banging right outside the property. I was disappointed with our stay because I would not have chosen a place with ongoing construction just three feet from the front door, especially knowing that we had active toddlers and other guests coming and going throughout the day. The parking and driveway situation was very limiting and not ideal, particularly with construction vehicles parked in the driveway, which restricted access to the property. The host was very responsive and apologetic; however, it would have been best to inform guests about these situations in advance so they could make a more informed decision when choosing to stay at your property. Ultimately, the home accommodated our family, and we made it work, but it was not a relaxing or ideal experience.

Great location for BYU

A group of us travel once a season for an out of town college football game. The house was close enough to campus. Finding the drive way in was a little tricky as GPS took us to a street behind the property walls. But, we finally figured out how to drive into it. The house was very clean except for the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms that looked pretty dirty/stained (although asked to remove our shoes inside the house, others definitely have not). The beds were very comfortable and room for lots of travelers. The kitchen was very large and made for a pleasant experience with a larger group. The upstairs living room is smaller and the furniture definitely not as comfortable as the area downstairs. But, nice that there are two areas for different groups to gather. Communicating with our host was always easy and very prompt response.

We had a great stay here. The house is clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful. My kids loved the downstairs game room. It kept them busy whenever we were at the house. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Just right!

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and found this home perfect for all of our family's needs. It has a crib, 2 high chairs, 2 extra pack and plays, lots of beds and 2 kitchens. The house is bigger than it looks. We had our adult children, their spouses 2 young children and 2 infants and one pet (all of us fit comfortably). Thank you for a wonderful stay!
