Check in was quick and easy. Reception staff were excellent throughout stay. Rooms were clean and we really appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and sink in our room. Balcony was functional with excellent view. Pool was unfortunately poorly maintained- outdoor hot tub was cloudy and had a bad smell and the indoor hot tub made my skin itch. We didn’t use these again after our first attempt which was a bit frustrating as they were a big reason we paid to stay here. Reception staff did acknowledge issues with the pools and stated they were being addressed.

Great place! The room was renovated, and super clean! They had indoor and out door hot tubs which were great, indoor sauna, and groomed xc ski trails on property.

The view and the site is beautiful. They are currently making some renovations so i think the rooms will improve. For now it is old and this is why i rate it average. For sure, if the hotel get TLC it will increase the rating.
