In 1h15 you can visit Avignon and Nîmes and discover Barjac, 11 km away, famous for its flea markets ; the Cévennes mountains are also not far from this air-conditioned country house, located in the middle of an area which proposes a wide range of excursions to do. The waterfalls of Sautadet are 20 km away and even closer are the beaches where you can bathe along the rivers Cèze and Ardèche. Here is still pure nature in a quiet and natural environment, ideal for fishing and kayaking. Nothing is missing to enjoy the summer along the water.
INSIDE
The ground floor comprises the eat-in kitchen with adjoining laundry room and access to the terrace, a shower room with WC, a dining room, then directly adjacent the TV/lounge with fireplace, from where you can go out onto the terrace overlooking the Cévennes mountains and the hamlet of Massargues. A beautiful walnut wood door gives access to a stone passage leading to the engaging outdoor aperitif corner. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and terrace access from outside, so independent of the internal staircase if required; then another bedroom with two single beds and a fourth one with a large double bed, both rooms with outlook on the Cévennes mountains. A shower room and a bathroom, each with WC and separate, complete the facilities.
The house is fully air-conditioned except the kitchen.
OUTSIDE
This South-facing country house is quietly situated at the end of the lane, surrounded by vineyards, a holm oak- and pine forest. The pool area is nicely landscaped and maintained, with inviting sun loungers on a pleasant tiled surround; and the pool maintenance is done by salt treatment.As to the dining area, the covered terrace provides shade and comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.... A table tennis table for fun and games and a garage for 2 cars make this the perfect holiday accommodation.

You can enjoy this smart renovation of an air-conditioned country house in a beautiful, quiet and relaxing location, which scores with upscale comfort, a neat decoration and high-quality technical equipment. For something different, you might like to stroll along the canal of Goudargues, a very charming village 15 km away.
