Take a holiday in peace and quiet in this Provençal-style house that lacks for nothing, between the Alpilles and the Luberon, within the triangle formed by Avignon, Arles and Aix-en-Provence, 500 m from the village of Orgon. Inside the house you'll find all that you need, while the outdoor area, with a large, one-hectare garden situated on a hillside, is magnificent. If you take the road to Eygalières (9 km), the landscape is magical. Les Baux is 18 km away, as is Salon-de-Provence, famous for its craft soaps, its mossy fountain and for Nostradamus. Near Orgon, you can engage in outdoor activities such as rock climbing and hiking.
INSIDE
This exceptional Provencal-style house has air conditioning in the entrance hall on the ground floor and upstairs. On the ground level are situated a kitchen/living area with adjoining pantry/laundry room, a lounge/dining room and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed; the second has a double bed and the third has two single beds. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a hydro-massage shower, and a separate WC. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first aircondtionned floor, where a mezzanine above the kitchen houses a desk/bookcase and a single bed. There is also a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make a king-size bed; this room has a shower room with WC and it's terrace has a view of the swimming pool. The last bedroom is the master bedroom with TV, king-size bed and single bed, and its own bathroom with WC. It has a covered terrace and can be accessed via the gallery or independently from the outside.
OUTSIDE
You will reach this large property, close to the surrounding countryside, at the edge of a residential district. You can park up to three cars on the plot, which is closed off by an automatic gate, and one in the garage. There are 5,000 m2 of flowery, leafy garden, and 5,000 m2 of olive grove. You will enjoy spending time in the pool area, which is very well laid out with a pool house comprising an outdoor lounge set and a dining area with a barbecue. It is a true living area for relaxing in. There are also a shower and a WC in the outdoor area. The heated and fenced infinity pool has a 20 m2 paddling area for the very young, a waterfall, counter-current swimming and massage jets.
OUR OPINION
In the shade of the bamboo, pine and olive trees, everyone will find somewhere to their taste here to relax or be alone in. This is an exceptional place, and one we recommend for a dream holiday in a luxury house surrounded by a beautiful garden and a very well-equipped swimming pool, all in a superb region between the Alpilles and the Luberon.
