Gîte mas la Mounine (ground floor)

The farmhouse consists of two cottages where you can enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside in an area where we are lucky to have a very sunny climate much of the year.
The cottage of 80 m2 has a large terrace of 30 m2 shaded on 20m2, a kitchen and a large living room.
The cottage is air conditioned.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
A garden with apparatus for children and trampoline common to the two lodgings is south side as well as a private carpark.
The cottages are on the outskirts of the village.
All amenities are close to the cottage. You can even go buy your bread at 800m and a supermarket is 1km.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Urgonia Museum. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The cottage offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Nous venons de passer un superbe mois de juillet dans ce super gîte où tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable tout confort bonne literie climatisation même si nous ne l’avons pas utilisée trop souvent car ces températures ne l’exigeaient pas tous les sites sont à mois de 15/20 kms donc idéal pour visiter la région 😎😎😎et que dire de l’accueil de nos hôtes Serge et Karine absolument formidables charmants et disponibles nous les remercions chaleureusement et recommandons leur gîte à 100 %

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce gîte avec mon compagnon et notre enfant (Le lit parapluie nous a été très gentiment proposé et installé pour notre arrivée). Nous avons été bien accueillis, tout était à disposition. Le jardin et le calme étaient particulièrement appréciables !

Karine et Serge sont très sympathiques et nous ont bien accueillis. Le gîte est très agréable, spacieux et bien aménagé, très calme et situé dans un cadre naturel appréciable. Very nice house to stay

It was really nice to stay at Gîte mas la Mounine. Karine and Serge are very kind and friendly hosts and gave us a lot of useful information. The location is ideal and you can visit many interesting and beautiful places nearby. We had wonderful holidays there and wish to come back again.
