The accommodation was perfect. The location was excellent - easy walk to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk to the area with excellent restaurants, and Sebastien was very responsive/great the whole trip. We would love to return to Sint Martin and stay at this place again. We also rented a car from Kangourou as suggested and that was great too.

Charming Studio is a very comfortable apartment in central Orient Village. Easy, short walk to the beach, many excellent restaurants and a small but well stocked grocery store. Directions to the apartment were clear. No problems getting in. Plenty of parking. Bathroom is good size with lots of counter space to put our toiletries. Bed is very comfortable, even for my wife’s bad back. Kitchen is small but decently stocked. We did cook a couple of meals and prepared our evening charcuterie platters on the days we ate at one of the delicious beach restaurant-bars (which we did many days). We enjoyed the private patio which looks out over the pool and undeveloped area behind apartment. Very quiet! Air conditioning and WiFi worked very well. The little extra touches very nice: a bottle of local rum, 2 beers in the fridge, and 2 ice cream bars in the freezer. Not necessary, but very much appreciated! Sebastien is a great host! This apartment was perfect for our 2 weeks this year and we will definitely stay here again next year!
