When we first got there, we had a lot of things wrong with the property. Internet didn’t work but Johnny the property manager did everything possible to make our stay perfect. We rented the house for five weeks. They needed to power wash the deck which they did. They needed to fix a few items that were broken or not working properly which he did he gave us his phone number and always always always got back to us in a prompt and efficient manager. Unfortunately, this year when we went to rent it again it was already rented for next year. But anywhere Johnny goes property management company that he represents is just the best place. We love the location, walking distance to the beach along with great restaurants.
