The duplex features three bedrooms (160x200) and three bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, open to a beautiful living space where you can relax. For additional guests, a sofa bed (140x190) with hotel mattress is available.

You can enjoy a large terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The internet connection is fiber optic for a fast and reliable connection. You will also have access to a shared swimming pool (open all year), as well as direct access to the beach.

The "Eben" duplex also offers private parking for your vehicle. You will be close to shops, restaurants and local activities, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The equipment of the house includes a classic coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a large American fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. . Air conditioning is available to cool you down on hot days. You will also have access to television and a water tank is provided in case of occasional water cuts from the general water supply company.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay for 6 pax.
