Enjoy the amazing sea view from the Sunseeker SXM villa, overlooking the islands of Pinel and Tintamarre.
Located in the Jardins de la Baie Oriente, a secure area 2 minutes by car from Orient Bay nicknamed the "Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean", the beach is one of the largest on the island. It is paradise for lovers of water sports with its 2 kilometers of white sand and turquoise water. It also offers a wide range of tourist facilities and numerous beach restaurants. You will also find all the amenities you will need on a daily basis, supermarket, bakery, hairdresser...
Strategic location; you are equidistant from Marigot and Philipsburg, on the Dutch side for your lively evenings…
Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this villa where everyone can meet while being independent! Everything is planned for you to spend an unforgettable holiday... Giggles guaranteed around the large pétanque court!

- 1 smaller bedroom which can accommodate two children (180x200 bed)
- 1 bedroom with bathroom, independent access from the sea view terrace
- 1 apartment of 35 m2, with living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 180*200) with bathroom. Sea view deck fitted out with plancha, deckchairs, high table but above all a punch box (private swimming pool 2*2.5) for unforgettable aperitifs...
Here is the additional accommodation for the 6-bedroom versions:
