Little Champagne Magic

My husband and I have been coming to this island since the early 1990s. We always stay in different places. This is by far our favorite. All on one level(except for 5 steps to enter). Lush surroundings, great kitchen, good ac, washing machine, hot tub, very safe, exceptional host. We will be back.

Wonderful quiet stay

I loved staying at little champagne. The apartment had everything you need to have a wonderful vacation right down to the small soaps and shampoo. The bed was soon comfortable I slept very well. The wifi was a little spotty but you are meant to get away from all that on vacation. If you plan on doing a large grocery shopping you will need some vehicle. I depended on the little shops in the village and got groceries every other day which was a nice walk anyway.Veronique was a wonderful owner and took care of everything. Thank you for everything

Lovely apartment with private deck and yard!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in November 2016 and we loved it! The apartment is very spacious and exactly as represented in the photos. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the privacy; not a soul can see you anywhere in the apartment or yard. Gorgeous lush yard, with refreshing hot tub (not too hot; perfect for the climate). We sat in there with a glass of wine every day after coming back from the beach. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches along Orient Bay, a very nice beach for waves and water sports, with several beach bars, and a great place to walk in the evening. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping "village" with great restaurants. However, you need a car to visit other great places such as the calm waters of Le Galion beach, the butterfly farm, shopping in Philipsburg and Marigot, fantastic restaurants in Grand Case (try L'Escapade), and our favorite beach for beauty, Baie Rouge. Veronique was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed information. Wifi is not what you would need if you need to work while on vacation, but that's island wifi for you! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, private, convenient location. It is quiet in the apartment but be aware that it is next to a road going through the community so you do hear traffic noise if you're outside.

Fantastic home in the heart of Orient Bay

We highly recommend staying here. Everything was as advertised, and the photos were spot on! The house was perfect, and only a 15 minute walk to Orient Village for dining and beach. The home was very nicely decorated, AirCon worked well, it was a perfect location, great jacuzzi, excellent outdoor and indoor space, great deck with daytime foliage and evening stars, and nice kitchen with enough to make simple meals. We lived happily in the house for two weeks and couldn't have been happier! Thanks for a wonderful experience, and we hope to return soon!

Pas de nuisance, sécurité pour la maison et la résidence Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires toujours prets a nous faciliter notre séjour . Location a conseiller J et JP Augé
