Welcome to the Tropik', our beachside apartment, completely renovated in 2025.

Located in a small residence with swimming pool and parking, you will have the impression of being in a detached house as it is spacious and quiet. You can enjoy a large terrace overlooking a beautiful tropical garden decorated with banana and frangipa trees. You can even cook outside with a summer kitchen and its plancha!

The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker...) which opens onto a warm living room in exotic colors, where you can bask in front of the connected TV after a day of discovering our island.

A corridor then serves two large bedrooms that overlook another front garden.

The Master room has a king size bed (180*200), storage cupboards, an office for teleworkers, a safe, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160*200), storage cupboards, a bathroom with shower.

A guest toilet is present in the corridor leading to the living room.

The accommodation has a water tank that will be very useful in case of water cuts, inherent in island life.

Island life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. We have a water tank equipped with a tap that can help in the event of a water cut, the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. There may be seaweed on Orient Bay beach at certain times of the year. These are the inconveniences of island life! We will not grant any discount or refund because of these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability

The accommodation allows you to do everything on foot: shops, restaurants, and the beach. To explore the island, however, it's recommended to rent a car; don't hesitate to ask for promo codes from our partners.
