The Caraibe Sea villa is entirely on one level once the small access staircase to the villa has been crossed.
All rooms face the sea.
The Villa is located in the very popular secure residential area of Orient Bay Gardens.
An automatic gate closes access to this 24x24 area which is equipped with CCTV cameras.
The Orient Bay Gardens district is located overlooking the Orient Bay subdivision with a magnificent view from Ilet Pinel to the tip of Orient Bay beach.
The grounds there are very large; the villas are therefore very spaced from each other.
1.5 km away is the large commercial area of Hope Estate with supermarkets, hairdressers, delicatessen and wine shops.
Only 1.6 km from the Villa, 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, is the sublime beach of Orient Bay with:
* its beach restaurants,
* its deckchairs,
* its nautical activities,
* its village square with its night restaurants,
* and also its local shops, such as a mini-market and a bakery.
