Notre maison, pour la première fois à la location, décorée avec soin dans un style contemporain, pour votre plus grand confort.

Un espace extérieur convivial vous y attend composé de petits salons , d’un coin repas avec barbecue à gaz, d’une piscine privée au milieu d’un petit jardin arboré.

Et pour vos soirées, vous pourrez accéder en 10 min à pied à pleins de restaurants : Côté plage, le Piment, Sao, Le Télégraphe, L’Atelier, Voile blanche, Yellow Sub, pour déguster la cuisine française, italienne ou asiatique.



Vous avez le supermaché casino, ouvert 7/7j - pour faire vos courses c’est 10 min à pied, il dispose d’une boulangerie et idéal pour le petit-déjeuner le matin avec les croissants et pâtisserie française préparée sur place.



Au calme et sécurisée elle se situe à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants, d’une supérette et autres commerces.

Nice villa close to beautiful beaches

Overall, we really enjoyed this villa. The outdoor patio/pool area was great to sit at all times of the day. The location of the villa is hard to beat - very close to beaches and walkable restaurants and a short car ride away from other necessities. Our only complaint was the lack of hand soap in the downstairs bathroom and not much toilet paper, but we left a supply of both for the next guests who stay. We would stay here again! Note: there is no dryer so clothes must hang dry.

Great place!

A few minutes walk to the beach, orient village, and numerous restaurants. Very safe, easy walking. Would stay again! Place is awesome!
