Located in a secure, newly built residence on the heights of Orient Bay, Les Griselles 1 offers an elegant garden level apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. You'll love lounging on the sun loungers on the sunny terrace facing the sea, offering breathtaking views of the island of Saint Barth!

The apartment is fully air conditioned, has Wi Fi, and a smart TV.

It features a bright living room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen (mini dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and freezer), a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate toilet with the washing machine.

The bedroom features a queen size bed and a wet room separated by a screen for added privacy with a walk in shower, as well as a large dressing room equipped with a safe.

For your comfort, linens are provided free of charge, including bath towels, beach towels and sheets.

You'll have access to the residence's infinity pool, perfect for a refreshing swim with an ocean view.

Les Griselles 1 is just a 15 minute walk from the wild and pristine Galion Beach, as well as Orient Bay, which is home to a multitude of restaurants, including the closest ones like Aloha, Orange Fever, and Le String.

To ensure a seamless stay, the dedicated team at CAP SXM concierge service will be available before and during your visit. They can assist with planning your activities, vehicle rentals, grocery shopping, tourist recommendations, or simply offer arrival tips to get your vacation started right!

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. There may also be power outages and Internet can be low These are the downsides of island life! There is a tank water with chlorin to help you in case of tap water cut. The residence is located in a peaceful area. However, the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability
