In Origné, a charming little village in the Mayenne region, this tastefully restored cottage offers its guests exceptional comfort. But above all, did you know that the sky in Mayenne can be magnificent? Philippe, the owner, is passionate about astronomy and built his own private observatory! So, come and admire the celestial vault under the observatory's dome with him for an evening of sky exploration or astrophotography (optional).
Activities - 800m from the towpath along the Mayenne, fishing, the Vélo Francette® circuit (from Ouistreham to La Rochelle) - Hiking trails departing from Origné. All shops and services are available in Quelaines-Saint-Gault (8 km) and L'Huisserie (9 km).
Don't miss the restaurant-guinguette at the lock in season (750 meters) and in the village in winter (70 meters). The weekly local produce market is held on Thursdays.

From Laval, follow the D1 towards L'huisserie. Cross the Huisserie and follow the D910, continuing on the D112 to the village of Origné. Turn left (rue d'Anjou) towards the lock, at the crossroads, turn right. The lodge is on your left.
