We paid for a Queen bed and only got a double and it was very uncomfortable. Woke up with sore neck and back. Not sure why they stuck us in that room when there were lots available. The other issue was that the toilet seat was very small and it didn’t flush properly. Staff were friendly but Overall kind of disappointing though.

The staff was very courteous, however there was only one person doing the work of 2 possibly 3 people. There was a long lineup for people checking in. The room was clean, breakfast was well prepared. Only drawback was the wait time when we arrived.
