This is a resort-style vacation/tourist home intended to provide living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period. The two bedrooms in the basement have an ensuite full bathroom and are linked.

Capacity:
With effect from January 1, 2024, only 10 people can be in this space between 10 pm and 7 am, in line with the new regulation by the City of Orillia.
