Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Oristano. Alberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Beste war die Lage, ca. 400 m zu Fuss in die Altstadt, wo es viele unterschiedliche Restaurants gibt. Auch ein Supermarkt war nur 100 m entfernt. Und einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung für Personen über 1,80 m nicht geeignet, da es keinen Raum ohne Schrägen gibt. Ich bin 1,77 m und habe mir einige Beulen eingefangen.

Mansarde au 4ème étage très bien aménagée et bien agréable. Mais il ne faut pas être très grand au risque de se cogner la tête . L'ascenseur s'arrête au 3e etage. Bien situé dans le centre historique d'Oristano et zone piétonne à proximité . Alberto est charmant et très attentionné.

Hier gibt es nicht auszusetzen. Alles wie bei FeWo beschrieben. Tolle Lage, nett eingerichtet, schöne Dachterrasse und sauber. Alberto ist sehr Hilfsbereit und die Tipps die er gibt was Unternehmungen und Restaurants betrifft sind Gold wert. Gerne wieder!

Mansarda graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico, proprietario gentile e disponibile, unica nota non molto favorevole è la mancanza dell' ascensore fino all'ultimo piano cosa, importante, per chi, come me, è avanti con gli anni o ha qualche problema motorio. Si consiglia di specificarlo. Comunque esperienza positiva.

Bien situé mais très décevant

Appartement bien situé mais nous avons été très déçu car le problème c'est qu'on ne tient debout que sur le milieu de l'appartement, pourtant nous ne sommes pas très grand mais il fallait se baisser pour sortir sur la terrasse ou le mobilier était inutilisable car en fin de vie, pour aller au toilette de même, pour se coucher aussi!! Bref pour 11 jours de vacances c'est très pénible car nous sommes repartis avec des bosses et un torticolis. Le ménage reste à désirer (le ventilateur, la table tasse la hotte plein de poussière) les ustensiles pour la cuisine sont limites utilisables (surtouts les plats et les verres pleins de poussière ). C'est très dommage car sur les photos on a une impression de luxe et en fait pas du tout! Donc pour rester quelques jours n'oubliez surtout pas vos casques!!

Kleine niedliche Fewo im Dachgeschoss. Sehr sauber netter Vermieter, de sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Gibt viele hilfreiche Tipp für Unternehmungen, Essen etc. Super Lage das alles wichtige mit kurzen Fußwegen zu erreichen ist. Einziges Manko: man muss sehr aufpassen wie man sich bewegt, um sich nicht en Kopf zu stoßen an en Dachschrägen. Daher haben kleine Leute in der Wohnung Vorteile.

Appartamento situato in centro Oristano. L'appartamento ben arredato, curato anche nei minimi particolari, dotato di tutto quello che può occorrere. Pur trovandosi in centro è molto silenzioso. Con pochi minuti di macchina si possono visitare bellissime spiagge. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consiglio l'appartamento e ci torneremo ancora.

Bellissima e moderna

La mansarda si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico di Oristano, scesi di casa si hanno subito a portata di mano tutti i servizi fondamentali (supermercato, farmacia, ospedale, benzinaio). Il collegamento con via Cagliari permette di arrivare nelle spiagge del Sinis in meno di 15 minuti. La mansarda è completamente nuova, con rifiniture di pregio (ad esempio i bagni con la ceramica sarda). Ha due bagni, terrazzo dove è possibile cenare con vista sul duomo di Oristano, internet con wifi, tv a schermo piatto con satellite. Anche la camera da letto è provvista di tv, frigorifero con congelatore e forno...insomma completa veramente di tutto! Alberto il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Non esiterei a consigliarla e se avessi la possibilità di ritornarci credo che lo rifarei all'istante. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und gut ausgestatteten sauberen Wohnung genossen. Es ist wirklich nur ein Katzensprung bis in die Altstadt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um auch die Sinis-Halbinsel zu besuchen. Sehr gut waren die Tipps des Vermieters u.a. hinsichtlich der Strände. Buchung und Kontakt auch am Tag der An- und Abreise verdienen 5 Sterne. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Grazie mille!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alberto der Vermieter empfing uns mit vielen gut zusammengestellten Tipps und Kartenmaterial der Umgebung und beantwortete alle unsere Fragen zu Restaurants und Ausflugstipps, etc. Leider ist mein Mann fast 2 Meter groß und für ihn war die Wohnung wegen der vielen Dachschrägen nicht so gut geeignet.

"Der Aufenthalt war wirklich spitze und kann nur weiter empfohlen werden!!! Das Apartment ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist mehr als alles da. Wir waren überwältigt wie süß eine kleine Dachwohnung sein kann. Der Vermieter Alberto ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit.
