The property is majority white so it was a lot of stains and marks on walls and floor boards, the dining chairs had wholes in it (not speaking). The master bedroom upstairs bathtub drain is messed up , took a shower and it looked like I had took a bath. Took 30 mins to drain. Lastly host was unresponsive when directions wasn’t sent properly, no response at all from host I contacted the Vrbo team and of course the couldn’t help so I ask them to put me thru to the host for additional assistance and they were told they will not speak with me due to them already sending instructions, if they did they would know that the QR code doesn’t work properly and the main gate was having internet issues so I had to go to an alternative gate that wasn’t listed at all! Checking in took me roughly 2 hours because of this delay and the host didn’t bother to contact me NONE throughout my stay! HORRIBLE

Did not interact with the host. No information on operating televisions. No extra towels. Very poor cooking pots and pans. The house was fine but the kitchen supplies were bare minimum and in poor condition.

AC and ceiling fans worked great! Check in was fine. Appreciated the new appliances throughout. Bedroom blinds don't reach the sill. Carpet/padding need replacement as floor surface is creaky/uneven. Kitchen is sparsely stocked, included one sm and one med frying pan, & one sm and one med saucepan. No whisk or spatula or cutting board, we bought some. No plastic dishware for eating outside. No games, or puzzles of any kind included. We bought those too. Keep in mind home is to accommodate 11 people! Website pictures need updating. There is no handheld shower in upstairs master bath. All bedding is white, no Mickey bedding or any decorative pillows. Living room couch seats only 3. 3 barstools, not 4. The internet was constantly cutting out the entire trip for hours at a time, all day and night. We planned rest days between park days on purpose, constant frustration. Cell reception (Verizon) was 1 bar so not even that helped. I was not able to get any work done due to the terrible service. It is 2.5 miles to the community areas so walking isn't an option. We did not rent a car, we used Uber and grocery/food delivery services. Suggest to provide a "renter's guide" of some kind including recommended restaurants, map to amenities, delivery instructions, etc. Be sure to include in notes that deliveries need to use the North Championsgate main entrance because there is no manned gate to this section. The Clubhouse had good food and drinks the one time we went.

Structure the house is wonderful. Beautiful home. The stay overall was good but from a frequent vrbo customer there could have been more attention paid to details. Check-in was flawless, easy access and close to many amenities. However the cleanliness definitely was neglected. One of the showers still had hair from the previous stay. There was also only one tissue roll in each bathroom so we had to go out and purchase more. There was not even a broom or mop to tidy up. We only had 3 trash bags for the weekend. There was dirt on closet doors. Also the doors to the pool was very faulty and need some maintenance. There was no light for outside pool area.and there was spots on the carport in each rooms. The house definitely has potential but just some attention to details could improve the home overall.

Liked the pool but did not get to use because too cold. Did not see there was an additional charge to heat the pool until after I booked. May have been on the listing and I just missed it. The drip coffee maker was small but we made do. Plenty of dishes but could have used a baking sheet. Again, we made do. Would stay here again.

Clean and convenient

This property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of bath towels available. The only complaint I have is the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked and there is limited seating on the couch. This is conveniently located near the parks and close enough to Orlando.

Not terrible but not good.

There was several broken chairs in the pool area. They charge a fee to use the BBQ and to heat the pool, there is no spa. Check-out is too early. The dishes are cheap and flimsy. The pans are falling apart. There was no dish towels to dry your hands or dishes. There was no dish drain. The room with the bunk beds does not get the air conditioning. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The ceiling fans were very nice.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy. The house had pretty much everything that we needed, and was located in a quiet, gated community. The clubhouse was nearby and had many amenities.

DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY STAY HERE!!!

This place was left disgusting for my family. I spent the entire time trying to communicate with property manager Jose' and Deconovo to help me out with all that was wrong. This place gave me and my family bed bug bites all over our bodies. Oh and Jose lied and never turned on the pool heater for us even though he was asked and paid 48 hours in advance. I never write reviews but this is a must if I can help a family decide on where they should put there family heads down. Jose' and Deconova ignored and were zero help. I am currently in a full dispute with this charge and a possible lawsuit for the bites from the bed bugs. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY STAY HERE

Good stay

Very clean nice house - beds and bed sheets very average - this stay does not come with amenities except very very basic (2 garbage bags) no garbage cans or clocks or alarms etc in any rooms. Had a very comfortable time overall and came in to a very very clean house - property manager was also very quick to respond to all questions

Amazing mini vacation

We stayed at this condo/townhouse for 3 days and loved it. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. You can tell that the condo is well taken care of my the management company. The condo was incredibly clean and it had everything we needed. There are no designated spots to park in but finding parking right in front of the unit wasn’t an issue at all.
