The pool was shut down for construction and this was not indicated on any Tuscana travel sites or any communication from the property. This was a staycation for us, and we chose the condo based on the pool. We never did get satisfaction from mgmt on a refund for amenities that weren't there OR access to another pool as they manage many properties. So we sat in our room for 4 days doing nothing. We had a lower cost property that we almost went with, but the pool was what sold us on Tuscana. We want our property fee back at a minimum for a completely busted staycation. There were also no luggage carts, so we had to hand carry everything taking over an hour to unload and reload when we left. Also the king room bed needs to be replaced and so do the couches. They are worn out. Everything was very clean in the unit. Black-out curtains would be nice in the bedrooms. There was a lot of noise from adjoining units especially the unit above us between 1-3a. There was also a very strange guy wandering the property, in and out of the wooods the night we arrived going back and forth between bldg 8 & 9. The gated community gate was not working the 2nd day we were there so anyone could come and go.
