The Space:

This lovely home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. The clubhouse offers a fantastic pool for all guests to enjoy. Inside the bedrooms, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a King, Queen, Twin beds, and even a crib for families with little ones. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide 6 towels and a Welcome Kit with basic essentials. Additionally, the house is conveniently located near Walmart, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal, making it the perfect location for a fun-filled vacation.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, and free parking is available on site. Approximate drive times: Walt Disney World about 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and the Premium Outlets about 25 minutes, and Universal Orlando about 30 minutes. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25-30 minutes away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and a Walmart are just minutes from the resort. Rideshare and shuttle services are also available in the area.

We believe in zero surprises, so here is everything up front.



FEES

- Cleaning fee: $146 per stay (shown at checkout).

- Resort gate pass: one-time $25 per car, paid at the gate (nonrefundable). Parking for up to 3 vehicles.

- 6th guest: a $75 per night fee applies for the sixth guest. Up to 5 guests are included in the nightly rate.

- Deliveries: $10 handling fee. Please note USPS does not deliver to the resort, and we cannot be responsible for packages left unattended.



HOUSE RULES

- You must be 21 or older to book and to check in. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in - without it we are unable to complete your check-in.

- No parties or events.

- No pets.

- No smoking indoors.

- This is a gated, family resort with 24/7 security - please be considerate of neighbors and quiet hours.



GOOD TO KNOW

- Check-in is contactless - we will send your access details before arrival.

- We provide starter supplies (toiletries, paper goods, detergent, trash bags); guests restock as needed for longer stays.

- Washer/dryer in the home. Pack 'n play and high chair available on request.

NIce place, just as pictured

The property was just as pictured, nicely updated and clean. The clubhouse was a short walk away. They have equipment to checkout to play mini-golf, ping-pong, tennis and more. The pool was a modest size, but it never was very crowded so we were able to find a spot there easily when we visited. The small bar and grill next to the pool was nice. We did have a slight problem our first day, and the management company took core of it right away. The only slight negative is that we didn't find the living room furniture very comfortable for our family to hang out. But other than than a very nice place.

Not mad… Just very disappointed

Upon arriving the neighborhood is beautiful and clean, and well taken care of! The home is clean and inviting and nicely decorated. I will say, however, that it’s not very comfortable. The sofa is small, the chairs are stiff, the beds are not the cheapest, but not high-quality, the pillows downright suck! This Property Mgr gives you the absolute bare minimum! We had a party of four they left us 2 pool towels not 4…( They give each person 2 bath towels) They gave the bare minimum in toiletries & the cheapest sponge I think I’ve ever seen… They gave a travel size of dish soap I didn’t even know that was a thing! And enough powder detergent for 2 loads of laundry. There are lots of dishes, but not lots of cookware. There are 3 pots, no pans no seasonings (& nothing left behind from previous guests)They don’t even give you extra trash bags so if you are going to stay at this house, plan to order lots of necessities. You'll need trash bags , sponges, dish soap, detergent, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, Tupperware, salt, pepper, cooking spray, water… One thing I will say I was pleased with is that there was a vacuum broom and mop. I have been to other rental homes that did not offer that and it’s really a pain! It would have been nice to have a barbecue grill to cook outside. Overall, they could’ve just been a little more thoughtful. When someone runs a 3br/3ba home it’s because they have a family with them.

Very clean but lacking in maintenance

The town home was spotless! But lacking in maintenance. The refrigerator was leaking water, stove doesnt work properly doesnt heat up, toaster wasnt working, and there were only a few very old damaged pans. It was difficult to cook at this place because of the lack of pans and the oven and stove. The exhaust fan in the master was also not working.

We felt comfortable during our entire stay. Very, very clean. Loved the walk around the pond & cute ducks. Pool area was wonderful. It had a outdoor bar area, a playground & game room for the kids. 20 minutes to Disney. Top notch clean. Very quiet area.

Great time

The house was clean when we arrived and very much like the description. Only minor things: two of the yard chairs weren’t available for use so it limited our ability to have a group hang outside. Take note that all bedrooms are upstairs and there’s no handicapped access, FYI.

Great location and a very nice property!!

Very nice upgraded townhouse with all the amenities. We had a very comfortable stay for over a week. 1. The hardwood flooring is great but has some soft spots on the upper floor. It may cause someone to lose balance. 2. These are vacation homes . Please provide a small broom or a vacuum at least. For clean freaks like me , I can do some cleaning myself . Overall a very pleasant stay in a very nice resort like neighborhood.
