It has a health club , movie theater, General store with adult drinks , game room, Basketball court, volley ball court, tot playground, Tennis court, ping pong, pool tables , video arcade and health club . The resort has 24 hour guarded Gatehouse. Condo was ground level, walking distance to pool, we chose to drive. Person above us had a heavy foot and was stomping around early morning. Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Towels provided for bathroom and pool. Queen bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t wake up with any back pain so that was good! The carpet could use some replacing in the bedroom with the queen bed but not a deal breaker. Bring your own trash bag(s) for kitchen garbage can along with sponge and dish soap, I forgot to bring some from home. You will also need paper towels or napkins. The fridge has water dispenser and ice.Also bring a roll of toilet paper or two.There is a Walmart close by but it’s super crowded, I would suggest curb side pick up. Target is also down the road about a mile. We weren’t a fan of the dollar tree.Owners were always responsive to my text especially when the electronic code for the front door didn’t work! I was a bit frazzled! The hallway for the front door entrance a well lighted area. The grounds are kept up well! Very clean all around!

Wonderful! Highly recommend. You can tell that Jim cares about his condo and your stay. It truly was a home away from home with all that was provided. Perfectly situated near Disney and shopping. Windsor Hills is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, game room, and the friendly/helpful staff. We will tell our friends and family about this condo.

The condo is spacious with two decent bedrooms and 2 full baths, which was perfect for our family of 4 with an adorably decorated Disney room for the kids. The pool and water park area were also great for the kiddos. There is a pack and play and high chair and plenty of towels for bath and pool! We spent the week at Disney parks and were about a 10min drive to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, and about a 20min drive to Magic Kingdom. This is rented through a rental agency, so be prepared to either have damage insurance or give your CC info for incidentals. I assume because it’s through a rental agency, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper in the condo- no paper towels, no extra trash bags, no hand or dish soap, nothing. So be prepared to buy extra supplies if you’re staying for more than a night or two. The condo is on the ground level, which is nice for unloading. However, be prepared to hear noise from the unit above you, as it sounds like they also have heavy wrought iron furniture, so every time they move it’s quite loud. It’s in a gated community, which does make it feel safe and nice. There’s a Walmart less than a half mile away, which was great for grabbing groceries.

This condo was very nice, very clean and quite spacious compared to some of the other Windsor Condos we have stayed in. The host was responsive. The door keypad took some getting used to but we did not lock ourselves out. Check out was also very easy. It was the perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Disney

The pool at Windsor Hills is always great! Has a good amount of dishes, utensils, etc, but remember to bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, if staying very long, toiletries, etc.

Although the it was clearly a little older it was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils/cooking tools. Could use a cheese grater. Appliances all worked great and the unit temperature was easy to maintain. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean.Be prepared to purchase basic supplies like TP, paper towels, soap, etc. if you are staying more than a few days.Area was very quiet and peaceful. The screened porch was really nice Overall stay was great and we hope to visit again. Would appreciate a little more flexibility on the checkout time.
