This fully furnished 2/2 Penthouse, comes fully equipped with all the necessities you need for your vacation or short stay to Orlando, The City Beautiful. We have fully remodeled our house and would like to share the experience with you. The bedrooms come with King beds. Our kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates and silverware, and has a FREE Nespresso for your morning wake up! We have our laundry machines in-house and yes, you can use them. 1500 sq ft penthouse with oversized patio and Billiards table. We will host you soon! This Penthouse has a large oversized balcony to watch the sun rise. Fob Access with Secure 24 hour Doorman and Secure covered gated parking. The unit has a 24 hour gym and the guest will have full access to the 9th floor where we have a TV and outdoor grill available to guests as much or as little as guests need, Thornton Park is a great neighborhood, close to Amway Center, Dr Phillips Performing Arts, and Lots of Bars and Nightlife. Lake Eola is within walking distance and Sundays are the best for Farmers Market Uber, Taxis, and Pedi Cabs are available. Penthouse is conveniently located 1.9 miles from Orlando City soccer stadium, 1 mile from Amway Center, and 1.9 Mile from Camping World Stadium. Disney is located 18 miles away and takes about 20 minutes to get there without traffic. Universal Studios is located 9 miles away and is approximately 15 mins to get there. Orlando Convention Center is 11 miles away and takes about 20 minutes to get there as well. The space is conveniently located in the highly sought after Lake Eola downtown area. The space is designed to make you feel at home while you are away and is fully equipped to meet your needs!

The unit was nice, on site parking was fantastic. There were a couple of issues we noticed when we were there: the dryer and Keurig did not work. They ordered another Keurig but it arrived in the afternoon the day before we were set to checkout so we didn’t even have time to take it out of the box and use it. The stand up shower did not drain well and there was water damage which means that had been a problem for a while. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were falling off and they were too tall to fix ourselves without a ladder. They also had the tiniest water heater I’ve ever seen, so if you’re planning on taking back to back showers, don’t. There also wasn’t a smoke detector. We saw where one should be hooked up, but it wasn’t. Wish they had extra blankets and pillows in case we needed them. The beds were fine. The stay was fine but some of the issues called out really should be addressed before the next guest stays.

Great location, clean, and with a great views. Unfortunately, the place smelled a bit musky, Nespresso maker didn’t work, and the showers (from the water pressure sound) was ear piercing.
