Great pool very nice owners always super helpful and will message back right away. Would definitely recommend this property if you were looking for a quiet neighborhood a nice day and a clean place. All resort amenities were awesomeThis place was awesome wood rent again.

The facility was what I’d anticipated. It very nice. Traffic in the neighborhood was a concern as people would drive very fast on the street often not stopping for stop signs. (That is a community issue.) the home was spacious. Easy to get to Orlando attractions (I.e Disney etc.)

House was a pictured, plenty of dishes for 6 people. Beds very comfortable. House clean. Small issue with pool heat that was quickly rectified in communication with host. House is very conveniently located, close to parks, gas, grocery stores, restaurants etc. the resort has excellent amenities, the kids enjoyed the slide and the lazy river. Very friendly staff. The food by the pool is delicious, good value and large portions. Brandon was excellent to communicate with and check in was easy. Totally recommend, we dream of coming back again one day.

Had a great stay..location is close to the parks, house was very comfortable with two king beds, living room and kitchen has open views to the private pool area. Daughters 21st Birthday Weekend

This was an amazing stay! We spent the day in Epcot and it was wonderful to come back and relax in the pool with jets on to help relax the bones! The second day we had a wonderful time at the water park relaxing in the lazy river and making memories. We all agreed the house was nice and homey. We decided to make it annual trip. Lovely house, everything you need!

Beautifully clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, brilliant location for resort clubhouse/pool and for Disney & Universal. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need (though no tea towel!). Overall, a brilliant place for our group (2 children aged 6-7 and 5 adults, aged 40-77)

Lots of space

We arrived at 6AM on Sunday so we booked starting Saturday so that we could straight to the property and recover from our red eye flight. I was nervous that something would go wrong but it didn’t. The gate guard had our name and the host had given us the code for the lock on Saturday. It was a little too last minute for me, but we did get it in time for our arrival. The place was clean and stocked well with dishes. We went shopping for supplies and I did end up getting more essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent because there wasn’t enough for a 5 person seven day stay. It was well stocked for more of a weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the back yard pool on the first night and I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t bothered by mosquitos.All the appliances worked well. We cooked breakfasts and the occasional frozen pizza. One night we cooked a frozen pizza and the smoke alarms went off even though we didn’t see or smell any smoke from the oven. They went off eventually after cracking opening the door. No harm no foul. The water pressure and temperature for showering was great. The worst part for us was the traffic to the parks. Granted it was a holiday week (ski week) for many schools so I’m sure traffic was more than usual. We have stayed closer to the parks on our previous visit so I wasn’t prepared for the traffic.Overall the place was nice and as advertised. The price was great for a seven day holiday week stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The property was very nice, lots of added extras provided (booster car seat, stroller, pack and play). Corn hole and some card games. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. Cooking dinner together and enjoyed the pool at the house as well as at the resort! Brandon and Nicole were extremely helpful any time we needed them they were very prompt to answer. Very close to restaurants and stores. (Ford’s Garage is a must spot to try). We absolutely loved our time here!! If I had one suggestion it would be for a full size coffee pot, but we did survive making a couple of pots at a time for our group!
