3 Bed Deluxe Apt, Sleeps 12, Waterpark Included In Price, Pets OK, 7 min Disney

This is a combo consisting of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom standard apartment and a 2-bedroom 2-bathrom deluxe apartment. Sleeps 12. These apartments can be connected or disconnected, depending on the wishes of the guests. Units can be booked as a combo or separately on different dates (additional $200 is required in this case). Guests must book exactly 7 nights starting Fr, Sa, or Sun only. Extra fees may be added for dates including public holidays, such as Thanksgiving or Christmas (please contact me for details). I will do my best to book the best possible rooms with the best views and possibly even with some extra bathrooms.

This is our timeshare. We do not have time to use it this year. Therefore, if you book, you will have all the benefits of an ownership. No resort fee (otherwise $12.95 plus tax per day), free access to the water part (otherwise $20 per person, per day) and 10% discount in restaurants. Furthermore, free WIFI, pool, gym, game room, bike rental, and swan boats on the lake.

1-bedroom, 1-bathroom standard apartment, is equipped with a kitchenette, sleeps 4 guests, 1 king bed & 1 sleeper sofa.

2-bedroom 2-bathrom deluxe apartment, is equipped with a full kitchen, sleeps 8, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds & 1 sleeper sofa, whirlpool tub in master bedroom.

Resort allows for up to two dogs weighing no more than 60 lbs. I will double check on any extra fees before you book. Some rooms may have a patio or a balcony.

Check in: After 4 pm.
Check out: Before 10 am.
