The apartment is very spacious and located within a nice gated resort community. The setting felt safe, the amenities were enjoyable, and the environment is well-suited for families. A car is necessary, but the location is convenient — about 20–30 minutes from Disney attractions, with a Walmart and plenty of food options nearby.That said, the apartment would benefit from some updates and attention to detail. The furniture is quite dated, and the floors were not as clean as expected when we arrived. The pillows and bedding showed significant wear, which affected the overall comfort — replacing these with fresh, higher-quality options would make a big difference for future guests.The kitchen was equipped, but most of the pots and pans were very worn. We did appreciate that a new set was available in the cabinet, which helped during our stay.Overall, the resort itself is great and the host was very responsive, but the apartment has strong potential to be an excellent stay with some investment in updated furnishings, cleaner presentation, and refreshed essentials.

Lovely Windsor Palms

Very spacious beautiful resort very well kept, lovely swimming area . Had little trouble getting codes to apartment but host was super quick to sort out and always responded quickly to any queries. Electric went off in block for a day but again it was worked on once reported and sorted by the evening. Apartment was spacious and generally clean throughout apartment for the balcony area which I cleaned up as much debris as I could but being ground floor this can be blown in Beds were super comfortable in all rooms. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Great Location, nice Apt in Windsor Palms

The property manager was a pleasure to work with. The pictures were a true representation of the unit, which was in a great gated community of Windsor Palms. The unit needs a thorough clean but all rooms were well outfitted. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo.
