The stay was fantastic and Bahama Bay was a brilliant location. The only thing that spoilt it was the owner had put the wrong leaving date on Bahama bays system and this took a few hours to sort out, the owner dealt with it quickly once they were contacted but the receptionist at first was unhelpful until the Operations Manager took over. The Operations Manager was brilliant and got everything sorted for us.The only other point that I don't like is there was an automatic 18% gratuity added to any bill which I don't like a tip should be optional as should how much of a tip you wan to pay.All the above said I Would stay again at Bahama Bay.
