Property Review

Overall the property was clean.. Bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. There are no extra blankets. There is lack of mixing bowls and serving blowls. Toaster is a cheap model and is awful. Spatulas and cooking spoons are cheap plastic and need to be replaced.Condo could use an update compared tk the other units i was in..

Great Stay

Michael was an excellent host. The condo was very clean. A couple of things could use a little updating. Nevertheless my wife and I were very happy with the accommodations. The pool area was great. We met a lot of nice people from all over the United States and Canada. We will definitely consider staying there next year.

Family vacation 2024

The condo was just like the listing. It was clean and comfortable except for the carpets in the bedrooms. They were stained and just needs to be replaced or just use the same flooring that is in the rest of the house. Also, there were raccoons all over the garbage dumpsters. We were told that they are working to trap them but that might just be an ongoing issue. Other than that we were satisfied with the location to the parks and airport.

Good stay

I recently stayed at this property in Orlando and had a great experience. The place was exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The access to the elevator was easy and convenient, making it simple to move our luggage. Additionally, the location is superb – everything we wanted to visit was just a short distance away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, accessibility, and prime location.

I really enjoyed staying however my husband and I being over 65, the 4th floor was not for us. I wish I would’ve known that there were 4 floors I would have asked to stay on the 1st or 2nd floor. Saying all that, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment. An abundance of towels. Amazing seeing all of the different wildlife when you going to the bins including raccoons, squirrels, lizards and a huge tawny owl.

Perfect and close to Disney!

My husband, toddler, and I stayed here during our week at Disney. It was a wonderful place to come home to in the evenings, well furnished, nice bathrooms, and the pool was such a fun treat. Our drive was about 30 minutes to the parks each day. I would like to note that there are no true curtain rods in the condo, which was a little bit of a stresser on the first night for trying to get the room dark for our toddler, but we were able to figure it out!

Great property, spacious and well located. In general the cleanliness was good except for the dirty and stained carpets. We stayed 8 days and they only left 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The card to open the gate never worked, the gym was dirty.

Wonderful!

Our week in Championsgate was lovely. Michael was very responsive through the VRBO app. Check in was smooth due to his speedy response. The condo is perfectly represented by the pics. Morning coffee & evening card games on the balcony suited us well. We also enjoyed the Tuscana pool & spa. Thanks for a terrific home away from home as we launched to baseball games around central FL.
