### House Policies & Info
**1. Self-Catering & Starter Supplies**
We provide a complimentary starter kit (2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, travel-size soap/shampoo). Guests are responsible for additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
**2. Pool Heating (Optional)**
* **Cost:** $35 per night (plus tax). 3-night minimum.
* **Activation:** Request at least 3 days before arrival.
* **Weather Note:** If temps drop below 50°F, water temperature cannot be guaranteed; refunds are not available for weather-related changes.
**3. Trash Disposal**
The HOA requires all trash to be secured in bags and taken to community dumpsters located next to the clubhouse.
**4. Clubhouse Food and Beverage**
Outside food, coolers, and insulated cups are not allowed on the community pool deck or inside the clubhouse. Please enjoy the Cabana Bar or your private patio for snacks.
**5. Deliveries**
