NOT AS ADVERTISED

This property was not as advertised. It was advertised as pool heat available. We stayed for 5 weeks and did not have pool heat available so we could not use the pool which was the number one reason for booking this property. I had to reach out for status updates on the pool heat and after receiving unsatisfactory response, I was no longer willing to disrupt our vacation over what appeared to be a lost cause. From that point on, there were no updates from the host regarding the pool heater. The pool heater was broken prior to our arrival and was not repaired over the course of our 5 week stay. The home also was very dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. Also two smoke alarms were going off went we entered the home for the first time due to needing new batteries or malfunctioning. The batteries were replaced and then a few days later they went off again so apparently they were malfunctioning smoke detectors.

This house is Excatly what it says it is!!!! We loved it!!!! It was everything shown on this and more! And super close to Disney!!!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!
