Whether you`re planning poolside afternoons, themed bedroom adventures, or an evening at the resort`s lazy river, this Storey Lake villa gives groups of up to 12 a home base built for both relaxation and play.

Living space
Inside, the home is laid out for gathering and comfort. Smart TVs are found throughout, an Xbox One keeps gamers entertained, and books, board games, and reading material offer a slower pace when the mood calls for it. Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, central heating, and portable fans keep every room comfortable across every season. A dedicated workspace sits in a common area, backed by fast WiFi verified at 724 Mbps.

Sleeping arrangements
Five themed bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 8 beds, each designed around a beloved story or character. The Harry Potter room holds 1 king bed. The Super Mario room offers 2 twin beds. The Star Wars room includes 1 king bed with its own en suite bathroom. The Princess room has 2 twin beds, and the Marvel vs. DC room provides 2 full beds with its own en suite. Four full bathrooms serve the home, and guests will find fresh towels, pool towels, cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - a GE refrigerator, freezer, GE electric stove, GE stainless steel double oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and hot water kettle are all on hand. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available, and cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are provided. Pull up a seat at the dining table indoors or carry meals out to the patio for a lakefront setting.

Outdoor living
Step outside and you`re looking straight at the lake - no rear neighbors, just open water and fresh air. The private pool is heated, open year-round, and available 24 hours, with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture arranged around it. Beach essentials are provided, and a BBQ grill is available for cookouts (available with a fee). A shared backyard adds extra room to spread out.

Entertainment & resort access
Inside the home, an arcade games setup and air hockey table are available for group fun. Beyond the front door, guests have free access to the Storey Lake resort, which includes a pool, lazy river, splash pad, shared gym nearby, mini golf ($5 kids / $7 adults), and kayak rentals ($15 per 30 minutes or $20 per hour). An outdoor playground is also on the property for younger guests.

Family-friendly features
Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, pack `n play, standalone high chair, baby bath, changing table, safety gates, and children`s dinnerware ready to use. The outdoor playground provides extra space for active kids, and board games round out the quieter hours.

Comfort & convenience
In-unit washer and dryer are free to use, and an iron and drying rack are also available. Mosquito nets, clothing storage including closet and dresser, and an ethernet connection add practical touches. The home features a private entrance and smart lock for self check-in. A Ring video doorbell with audio recording is active at the front door during your stay, alongside exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Free parking is available both on premises and on the street. The property is pet-friendly, long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and housekeeping is available for three hours daily at an extra cost.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, plus full access to two Storey Lake clubhouses: pools, slides, gym, splash pad, restaurant, and more. Mini golf is $5 per child or $7 per adult. Kayaks can be rented for $15 (30 minutes) or $20 (1 hour).
