The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Starting a wash load of towels is always appreciated! Leave beds unmade
All trash must be bagged (13 gal) placed inside the bench & latched closed. Overflow must be brought to a resort trash compactor.
Log out of any streaming channels on the TVs.

Host was great in answering all messages extremely quickly. As two moms staying with young girls, we felt extremely safe staying in this gated community. The grill was great at delivering to the house quickly. House was close and convenient to Disney World.

Well Managed Vacation villa

Our party of 4 adults and 2 young children enjoyed just over 2 weeks in this villa in May. Our main focus was to let the two 5 year olds see Disney and Universal. The villa is well equipped and we were very impressed by the response of the managing agent (Rita Maria) to some little snags that we encountered. The collection of TVs throughout the property meant that everyone had the opportunity to watch what they wanted. The villa pool was great and the pool guard fence made it safer for the kids. However the pool guard does significantly reduce the available patio space. Windsor Hills itself felt like a safe place to stay although we hardly used any of the community facilities - the villa pool was better for the kids and the community loungers weren't very comfortable. The location is good, particularly for Disney which is only a few miles away but even in May the traffic could be quite heavy particularly leading up to N Old Lake Wilson Road from US 192. Universal and Sea World are a bit further away but still manageable provided the traffic is reasonable. Our needs were for a well furnished villa in a safe environment that was close to Disney. The villa met all our needs and the responsiveness of the agent gave us confidence that if anything went wrong it would be promptly sorted.

We were in awe!

This property is beyond amazing. The pictures were exactly what drew us there and we were not disappointed because the place was exactly what the pictures showed. We loves every single space in the house. The kids (7 and 10) enjoyed the Tron room. The TV lights up in multiple colors and reflects on the wall. It was beautiful. I loved the little nook area with the swing chairs was my place of solice. As mom, I needed that. Hubby and I stayed in the beautiful green and white room but when I wanted a bed to myself, I slept in the blue and yellow room. Each room has their own bathroom which was very convenient. Many of the things you usially have to purchase when renting a home, were already in the house. We had a family movie night and the theater was comfortable and nice. The host was very responsive when I had questions. Check in was a breeze. The only confusion was the address of the guest entrance verses the address of the home. So we had to enter 1 address to get to the main gate, then navigate a different one for the property address. Another nice touch was for those that wear make up, some hosts request that you purchase your own wash clothes for make-up but this house already was equipped with make-up washcloths. Rita literally thought of everything. We absolutely adored this property, Highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Perfect house and location

This house is perfect! We had five college students with us. The movie room, the large kitchen island, the neighborhood pool — all were so accommodating and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are every meal at the house, unless we were at WDW. The drive to WDW was easy. So close. So is Wal-Mart for ponchos, sunscreen, frozen pizza and more. Ten stars if I could!
