Welcome to Emerald Island Resort. Our beautiful home is located 4 miles from Disney and even closer to shopping centers, many restaurants and tons of activities!

We offer free 5G internet throughout the house, and many amenities for the guests to be as comfortable as possible!

Our vacation home can accommodate 14 persons for sleeping, with 6 Bedrooms : 1 King size bed - first floor, 1 King size bed - second floor, 1 Queen size bed - second floor, 3 bedroom with twin size beds - second floor, 1 sofa bed - first floor, 2 baby crib (pack'n play)

The house has it's own private pool/spa (heating costs not included), and the garage is equipped with a game Room (pool table, foosball)

Pool backs up to a lake which gives you maximum privacy and tranquility In the backyard.

For those who like to cook, we offer a fully furnished Kitchen with all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator (ice and cold water dispenser), dishwasher, microwave, stove, BBQ, etc.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. You'll find features like a gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities. The cottage offers a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms.

Stayed here on a family holiday to WDW, check in was easy, parking pass for the car was also a doddle to sort adn collect which makes going in and out hassle free.The property was wonderful. It has all the things you need fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, the swimming pool and hot tub was wonderful we utilised both for some well needed downtime between parks.. The beds we stayed in, only 7 of us so didnt need them all, were comfy. Plenty of bedding, towels and pillows.Lovely neighbourhood and close to all the tourist attractions. There is a small shop on the estate but also a new 7/11 petrol/gas station due to open just round the corner for convenience.We would 100% book again. Hassle free stay, great comms in the lead up and after.

Honestly couldn’t fault this villa - we absolutely loved staying here - it felt like home from home and was furnished with all the essentials and you could tell the owners take pride in the home and that they stay here sometimes. When we couldn’t find something and messaged the owners, they immediately helped. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando. It was extremely clean (and we’re fussy) and very spacious with lots of storage available. It was like they’d thought of everything. We also liked that the jacuzzi was hot as some nights, it was cooler out. Thanks so much - it was perfect.

2nd time at this property,Excellent property that has everything you need for a perfect vacation, lake view, pool and spa, easy reach of Disney and after a day at the parks you’ll be glad it’s not a long drive home , many restaurants and fast food outlets nearby, why stay anywhere else.

Beautiful villa

We had the most amazing time staying at this villa. The communication from the host was great. The villa was clean, beautiful and well maintained. We had absolutely no problems at all. We loved it so much that we have already booked again! Would definitely recommend.

Nice Stay in Disney Area!

Great location in a quiet gated community near Disney as well as grocery stores etc. House was big and spacious, with all appliances needed, and lots of beds & bathrooms. Only downside was that the cold weather made for very little pool time!

Excellent villa with a lake and woodland view.

We loved staying in this spacious villa - it has everything you might need. The only negative is the very creaky bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Luckily, we were also able to rent the bungalow next door too, so all the families could easily spend time together.

Great villa and location.

Great villa and location. Villa was very clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. The pool was good size with an unrestricted view of the woodland. The beds were comfortable and the number of bathrooms/showers suited our needs well. The only reason I marked down the check in process was when we first arrived the code we were given didn’t open the door, however a message to the owner resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely go back again.

Disney visit

The property was easy to find and check into. The neighborhood was secure and the house very clean. It had all the amenities listed and more. When we needed to communicate with the host, it was easy and they were quick to respond and assist us. Having the grill was an added bonus to have a few local friends visit for a day. Definitely will stay again.

Needs plenty of improvements

We stayed for 21 days 3 of use we only used 2 beds and found both of them hard and lumpy both need replacing. The pool is very short and shallow the picture of the pool is very deceptive. There are outside ceiling fans but we were told they are only to be used by the owners. The garage is one third full of owners stuff and the pool table is pushed to near to the wall so can not be used .We requested a late check out and were told it would cost $25 per hour we have never before been asked to pay for a late check out. The house is in need of of updating. Overall save your money there a plenty of better houses to rent.
